Ander-Teknix is renowned for its facilities and after sales maintenance service provision as we provide emergency cover on a 24/7 basis with a guaranteed response time of just two hours.

We also provide our clients with carefully devised Managed Maintenance Contracts (PPM) to ensure all their installations and facilities are serviced on a regular basis. These contracts are supported by detailed reports of all completed works and equipment assessments extending across the total plant irrespective of the original installers.

Expert engineering staff can also be applied to any specific contract to ensure we develop a comprehensive understanding of your facility and ongoing requirements.

Our facilities management provision covers all of the services we offer including mechanical, electrical, A/C, ventilation, heating, cooling, controls, CCTV, security and building works.
